New Tornado Warning Includes Northeast Tuscaloosa and Southwestern Jefferson Counties

The storm over Tuscaloosa County has re-intensified and it is now north northeast of the City of Tuscaloosa near Lake Tuscaloosa.

The circulation has ramped up and will cross rural Tuscaloosa County, passing near Bankhead Lock and Dam.

The warning includes a small part of southwestern Jefferson County. It will eventually affect communities like Short Creek, Birmingport, Adamsville, and Graysville.

The storm will stay north of downtown Birmingham.
