Dense Fog Advisory For Parts Of Central Alabama Until 8:00 AM Monday

NWS Birmingham has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for Barbour, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Lamar, Marengo, Marion, Perry, Pickens, Pike, Sumter, Tuscaloosa, Walker, and Winston counties until 8:00 am CST Monday morning.

Dense fog can be expected across parts of western and southern Central Alabama overnight. Therefore, visibility may drop to one-quarter mile or less at times. Conditions will slowly improve by around 8 am CST Monday.

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to a quarter mile or less. If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
