Watch for Strong Winds Northern Jefferson County
The storm over Jefferson County extends from Gardendale and Fultondale down through the City of Birmingham. It looks less dangerous from a tornado standpoint, but is producing very strong winds of 50-65 mph along its leading edge.
Folks from downtown up though Tarrant, Fultondale, Gardendale, BHM Airport, Center Point, Trussville, Crestwood, and Irondale should prepare for damaging winds.
