Down To One Severe Storm At The Moment; Local Storm Reports In Within The Last Hour
At 8:14 pm, we have just one severe storm out there in Central Alabama, but it is a Tornado Warning for the northern parts of Coosa County for a confirmed tornado that was on the ground and causing damage with the last report of it being near Unity and Weogufka and moving east at 30 MPH. The Tornado Warning continues until 8:30 pm.
There is one larger and strong storm over the northeastern parts of Dallas County just to the north of Selma and over Valley Grand and Jones. This cell formerly had a tornado warning issued on it but has since been allowed to expire.
