Freeze Warnings Issued for Tonight for Parts of North and Central Alabama

Temperatures may drop to freezing tonight or below over parts of North and North Central Alabama.

The NWS has issued a Freeze Warning for about the northern third of the state, including the counties in blue.

Official forecast readings off the National Digital Forecast Database look like this.

Some of the normally colder locations could be 2-4 degrees colder.

Take precautions if you have tender vegetation that may be harmed by the cold temperatures.
