Storms Staying Below Severe Limits At This Point

| March 25, 2019 @ 4:18 pm

Fortunately at 4:15 pm, the storms that have developed so far have been small hail producers. Nearly every cell showing up on radar has a strong core that is capable of small hail. If the storms are able to grow taller, then we’ll have to worry about larger hail which could be 1 inch in diameter or larger. They haven’t been able to grow taller at this point.

Plenty of Significant Weather Advisories are being issued due to the hail that is currently possible with each of these cells.
