Near Maximum Sunshine At Midday, Expect The Same For Tomorrow

| March 27, 2019 @ 11:44 am

As of 11:30 am across Central Alabama, we have almost completely clear skies on the satellite with the exception of a few spotty clouds over the northeastern parts of the area and up into North Alabama. Everywhere else is enjoying maximum sunshine. Temperatures are not that bad either, already up into the 60s for nearly everyone. Only two locations are holding on in the upper 50s… Auburn is at 57º and Cullman was at 59º. Birmingham was at 63º while Tuscaloosa was the warm spot at 66º.

Temperatures will continue to climb into the upper 60s to the lower 70s throughout the area today underneath mainly sunny skies. There may be a few clouds form during the day, but not enough to dampen those blue skies. Skies will continue to be clear and temperatures will cool down quickly as lows will dip into the upper 30s to the mid-40s.

Nearly an exact replay of today’s weather for Thursday with the only difference being warmer temperatures. We’ll have sunny skies with afternoon highs topping out in the lower to mid-70s across the area. We’ll have a few clouds move in from the west during the late night and overnight hours, leaving us with mostly clear to partly cloudy skies across the area. Lows will be in the 40s.
