Very Nice At Midday, Even Better Tomorrow

| April 2, 2019 @ 11:42 am

CONDITIONS AT 11:30 AM
We have a good bit of clear skies across much of Central Alabama as we are making the run-up to the midday hour on this first Tuesday of April 2019. We have a few pesky clouds hanging out over the west and northwestern parts of the area, but those will be slowly drifting off to the west and moving into Georgia by late this afternoon and into the evening hours. Temperatures are in the upper 50s to the mid-60s at this point across the area but will be warming up into the mid to upper 60s for the afternoon highs. We’ll have mostly clear skies across the area for this evening and through the overnight hours with lows dipping down into the upper 30s to the mid-40s.

PLENTY OF SUN & WARMER ON WEDNESDAY
With high pressure located to our east, we’ll have warmer and moist air begin to flow across Central Alabama throughout the day which will actually help set up the chance for showers and thunderstorms on Thursday and into Friday. We’ll have mostly sunny skies with very few clouds and afternoon highs climbing up into the lower to mid-70s. We’ll continue to have mostly clear skies into the evening and overnight hours, but those clouds will be on a slow increase. Lows will be down in the upper 40s to the lower 50s.
