…SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR CENTRAL MADISON AND EAST CENTRAL
MORGAN COUNTIES UNTIL 145 AM CDT…
At 100 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Marshall Space Flight Center, or 7 miles south of
Redstone Arsenal, moving northeast at 25 mph.
Pea size hail and wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.
Locations impacted include…
Huntsville, Madison, Moores Mill, Redstone Arsenal, Meridianville,
Owens Cross Roads, Gurley, Triana, Alabama A And M University and
Marshall Space Flight Center.
