* At 1002 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rains due to slow moving showers and thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
    Anniston, Oxford, Jacksonville, Heflin, Cobb Town, West End-Cobb
    Town, Fort McClellan, Saks, Lincoln, Weaver, Riverside, Munford, Hobson City, Ranburne, Fruithurst, Edwardsville, Talladega
    Superspeedway, Anniston Regional Airport, Blue Mountain and
