At 553 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Samantha, or 13 miles northeast of Gordo, moving north
at 35 mph.
Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include…
Winfield, Fayette, Berry, Glen Allen, Bankston, Bevill State College
Fayette, Stone Wall, Hubbertville, Bazemore, Fowlers Crossroads,
Richard Arthur Field and Fayette County Public Lake.
