At 655 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Mulga, or near Fairfield, moving north at 45 mph.
Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include…
Western Birmingham, Gardendale, Fairfield, Fultondale, Sumiton, Dora,
Pleasant Grove, Adamsville, Warrior, Kimberly, Graysville, Morris,
Sylvan Springs, Brookside, Mulga, Trafford, Hayden, Sipsey, Maytown
and West Jefferson.
