…SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR PIKE…SOUTHERN BULLOCK AND
SOUTHWESTERN BARBOUR COUNTIES UNTIL 230 AM CDT…
At 123 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Pine Level to near Glenwood. Movement was
east at 35 mph.
Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.
Locations impacted include…
Troy, Brundidge, Clio, Goshen, Louisville, Banks, Pickett, Linwood,
Boot Hill, Doster, Antioch, Ansley, Troy Municipal Airport, Troy
University, Tennille, Perote, Josie, Mount Andrew, Tanyard and
Hamilton Crossroads.
