ETOWAH COUNTIES UNTIL 330 PM CDT…
At 232 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rainbow City, moving northeast at 20 mph.
Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include…
Gadsden, Rainbow City, Attalla, Piedmont, Hokes Bluff, Glencoe,
Ohatchee, Steele, Reece City, Tabor Road, Ballplay, Gadsden Mall,
Noccalula Falls, Neely Henry Lake, Southside, Gadsden Steam Plant,
Cobb City, Sulphur Springs, Gadsden Water Works and Reaves.
