At 304 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Burnsville, moving northeast at 50 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas near county road
105 west of Waterloo.
