…SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHEASTERN PICKENS AND NORTHERN
GREENE COUNTIES UNTIL 330 PM CDT…
At 307 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
southern Pickens and northern Greene counties, moving south at 15
mph.
Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include…
Eutaw, Union, Mantua, Jena, West Greene, Knoxville, Benevola,
Johnston Lake, Snoddy, New Mount Hebron, Clinton, Pleasant Ridge,
Pioneer, Lewiston and I 20 Rest Area Near Eutaw.
