…SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHWESTERN MORGAN AND SOUTHERN
LAWRENCE COUNTIES UNTIL 800 PM CDT…
At 712 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a couple of clusters of
slow moving thunderstorms producing torrential rainfall in the
advisory area. The storms were located approximately 7 miles west of
Moulton and 10 miles west of Hartselle. Both cells were drifting
slowly eastward around 5 mph.
Wind gusts up to 30 mph will be possible with these storms, along
with very heavy rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour.

Hartselle, Moulton, Hatton, Mt Hope, Speake, Neel, Ne Smith, Massey,
Wren and Landersville.
