CENTRAL COOSA COUNTIES UNTIL 1230 PM CDT…
At 1157 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Fayetteville, or near Talladega Springs. This storm was nearly
stationary.
Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include…
Sylacauga, Talladega Springs, Weogufka, Stewartville, Fayetteville,
Strickland Crossroads, Sylacauga Municipal Airport, Varnons, Gantts
Quarry and Mignon.
