At 554 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms centered near Priceville, or 8 miles northeast of
Hartselle. This cluster of storms was nearly stationary.
Penny size hail and wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph will be possible with
this cluster of storms.
Locations impacted include…
Decatur, Hartselle, Redstone Arsenal, Priceville, Triana, Huntsville
International Airport, Somerville, Mooresville and Valhermoso
Springs.
