…A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 PM CDT FOR CENTRAL CULLMAN COUNTY… At 922 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of very heavy rainfall east of Cullman to Garden City. 1 to 3 inches of rain has already fallen in these areas, particularly just north of Hanceville. An additional 1 to 2 inches of rainfall with locally higher amounts are possible through 1130 PM CDT. Some locations that will experience flooding include… Cullman, Hanceville, Good Hope, Dodge City, Garden City, Phelan and Walter.
