* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Blount County in central Alabama…
Northeastern Jefferson County in central Alabama…
St. Clair County in central Alabama…

* Until 145 PM CST.

* At 1238 PM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles southeast of Nesmith to Birmingham, moving
northeast at 80 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include…
Northeastern Birmingham, Mountain Brook, Trussville, Gardendale,
Irondale, Leeds, Moody, Rainbow City, Fultondale, Oneonta,
Springville, Odenville, Blountsville, Cleveland, Dallas, Center
Point, Clay, Pinson, Tarrant and Margaret.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 PM CST for central
Alabama. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 400 PM CST for
central Alabama.
