Etowah County in northeastern Alabama…
* Until 230 PM CST.
* At 109 PM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Holly Pond to Oneonta to near Argo, moving
northeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Gadsden, Rainbow City, Attalla, Hokes Bluff, Glencoe, Sardis City,
Steele, Altoona, Walnut Grove, Reece City, Tabor Road, Aurora,
Ballplay, Gadsden Mall, Noccalula Falls, Neely Henry Lake,
Southside, Gadsden Steam Plant, Mountainboro and Rockledge.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM CST for central
Alabama. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 800 PM CST for
northeastern and east central Alabama.
