Flooding Possible Through Noon Thursday

Waves of rain and thunderstorms will produce heavy rainfall across Central and South Alabama through Thursday morning.

The WPC has the southern half of the state in a level 2/5 risk for flooding through tonight:

Flash flood watches are in effect for the southern half of Central Alabama, as well as parts of Georgia, Mississippi, and southeastern Louisiana. Here are the South Central Alabama Counties in our flash flood watch.
