Severe Threat Continues For Extreme Southeast Alabama

The latest update from the Storm Prediction Center was just released and it shows an Enhanced Risk for severe storms for the southwestern corner of the state including portions of Dale, Henry, Coffee, Geneva, Houston, and Covington counties.

A Slight Risk is up for portions of Pike, Barbour, Russell, and Lee counties.

A Marginal Risk is up for portions of Pike, Bullock, Barbour, Russell, Lee, and Chambers counties.

A few brief tornadoes, damaging winds up to 70 MPH, and small hail will remain possible over the risk areas for at least the next couple of hours.
