Flash Flood Watch Updated to Include Southeastern Counties of Central Alabama

NWS Birmingham has updated the Flash Flood Watch that is set to go into effect at 1:00 am Wednesday morning and is set to expire at 7:00 am Thursday morning.

NWS Birmingham expands the Flash Flood Watch to now include Barbour, Bullock, Pike, and Russell counties in Central Alabama.

NWS Birmingham continues the Flash Flood Watch for Autauga, Bibb, Calhoun, Chambers, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa, and Tuscaloosa counties in Central Alabama.

NWS Huntsville does not have a Flash Flood Watch up for any of their counties in North Alabama at this time. All Alabama counties served by NWS Mobile and NWS Tallahassee are under Flash Flood Watches as well.
