Tropical Storm Warning Issued for Most of Central Alabama for Tonight Through the Overnight

NWS Birmingham has upgraded the Tropical Storm Watch to a Tropical Storm Warning for Autauga, Barbour, Bibb, Bullock, Calhoun, Chambers, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Etowah, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Pike, Randolph, Russell, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa, and Tuscaloosa counties in Central Alabama from 7:00 pm this evening and expected to expire at 6:00 am Thursday.
