* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Marion County in northwestern Alabama…
Northwestern Fayette County in west central Alabama…
Northern Lamar County in west central Alabama…

* Until 115 PM CDT.

* At 1221 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lamar County
Airport, or near Sulligent, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

Hamilton, Winfield, Haleyville, Vernon, Sulligent, Guin,
Hackleburg, Brilliant, Detroit, Beaverton, Gu-
Win, Weston, Blooming Grove, Lamar County Airport, Brinn, Lake

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for northwestern
and west central Alabama.
