Tornado Watch Has Been Extended in Area to Include More Counties in Central Alabama

NWS Birmingham has extended the Tornado Watch in area to now include Barbour, Bullock, Pike, Russell counties, to go along with Blount, Calhoun, Chambers, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Elmore, Etowah, Jefferson, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Montgomery, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega, and Tallapoosa counties. The Tornado Watch is set to expire at 3:00 am.
