The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Southwestern Macon County in southeastern Alabama…
Northeastern Montgomery County in south central Alabama…

* Until 400 PM CDT.

* At 328 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pike Road, or
10 miles southeast of Montgomery, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Southeastern Montgomery, Milstead, Pike Road, Shorter, Hardaway,
Tysonville, Victoryland, Waugh, Cross Keys and Cecil.
