A Few Upstream Weather Notes

* Numerous Flash Flood Warnings overnight and early this morning in Texas. Including one for the Houston-Galveston Area where 1 to 3 inches of rain had already come down and an additional 1 to 3 inches may occur.

* A Tornado Warning earlier this morning for two Southeast Texas counties.

* A Tornado Watch until 1 o’clock this afternoon for the SE edge of Texas and West and Central Louisiana.

* The SPC (Storm Prediction Center) has a “slight risk” posted for today and overnight for these areas:

Southeast Edge of Texas
All of Louisiana
Most of Mississippi
