The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Central Marion County in northwestern Alabama…
Northern Lamar County in west central Alabama…

* Until 1000 PM CDT.

* At 915 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Hamilton to near Detroit, moving southeast at 10
mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Hamilton, Sulligent, Guin, Detroit, Beaverton, Weston, Crews,
Henson Springs, Pearces Mill, Rankin Fite Airport, Byrd, Pine
Springs, Marion County Public Lake and Pikeville.
