Not a Cloud in the Sky as We Head to Midday

| October 1, 2022 @ 10:56 am

It is a bright and sunny day with a little breeze and a little fall crispness in the air. I’m currently at the Butterbean Festival out in Pinson, and conditions couldn’t be more ideal.

Temperatures across the area were in the 60s with Alexander City and Montgomery leading the way at 67. Birmingham and Haleyville were the cool spots at 63. Highs will reach the mid 70s to the lower 80s this afternoon.

Tonight will be a cool night across the area with clear skies. Lows will dip down to the upper 40s to the mid 50s right before sunrise.

Sunday will be a near repeat to today’s weather as skies will be sunny and highs in the upper 70s to the lower 80s.

If you’re heading out to the Butterbean Festival today, you’ll get to see me play at 1:30 pm with the praise band from Eagle’s Wing Church.
