Northern Tallapoosa County in east central Alabama…
* Until 330 AM CST.
* At 306 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Hillabee Creek, or 7 miles east of Alexander City,
moving northeast at 65 mph.
HAZARD…Tornado.
SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Alexander City, Dadeville, Jacksons’ Gap, New Site, Goldville,
Hillabee Creek, Northern Lake Martin, Daviston, Eagle Creek,
Horseshoe Bend and Horseshoe Bend National Military Park.
