Tornado Watch Update: Several More Counties Removed from 1st Watch
NWS Birmingham has cancelled the Tornado Watch for Blount, Greene, Jefferson, Sumter, Tuscaloosa counties in Central Alabama as the threat for severe storms has ended.
The watch continues until 1 pm for Bibb, Calhoun, Cherokee, Chilton, Coosa, Etowah, Hale, Perry, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega counties in Central Alabama.
Tornado Watch continues until 5 pm for Autauga, Dallas, Elmore, Lowndes, Marengo, Montgomery counties in Central Alabama.
