Delta Tornado is Heading Toward Winona MS: TORNADO EMERGENCY DECLARED
The long-track supercell that produced the tornado damage at ROlling Fork and Silver City MS is now between Black Hawk and Coila.
It has a tornado debris signature associated with it.
It is heading right toward Winona.
The Tornado Warning is a PDS warning. Everyone in Winona needs to be in their safe place now.
