The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Eastern Coosa County in east central Alabama…

* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 709 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pentonville,
or near Rockford, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Goodwater, Rockford, Kellyton, Hanover, Speed, Pentonville,
Bradford, Cottage Grove, Highway 9 and Highway 22, Parkdale,
Hatchet, Nixburg, Crewsville, Ray, Hissop and Fishpond.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for east central
Alabama.

building.
