A CLC (Creepy Looking Cloud) Near Flat Rock and Higdon

Here is an image from Michael Poset at DeKalb EMA of a scud cloud on the Jackson/DeKalb County line between Flat Rock and Higdon:

No rotation evident on radar…just a creepy looking cloud…
