Almost all of the showers in Alabama have faded away. Only a few light showers remain.

It is possible that a few others could form overnight.

It was an interesting day across the state and a bit unusual.

Heavy showers soaked a number of locations in East Alabama mainly during the morning and early afternoon. The west side of the state had their turn in the afternoon and evening. The final total in Fayette was 2.00 inches.

This should be our final update for tonight unless something significant develops.
