Snow moving out, but icy roads still here

A mixture of snow, sleet, and rain has been falling here in Trussville for the past couple of hours. The temperature is down to 35 in the BHM metro, 32 in Tuscaloosa, 30 in Parrish, and in the mid 20s as close as Haleyville. With strong north winds, temperatures will drop below freezing quickly in the BHM metro area, before the roads have a chance to dry. Some sleet was already sticking to my patio at 325 am. So, there will still be some icy roads, especially bridges, in BHM this morning. And, temperatures will be very slow to climb, especially if it stays cloudy all day.
