Tropical Storm Sara Barely Holding onto Tropical Storm Intensity
Tropical storm Sara is barely a tropical storm as of the latest update from the NHC. She now has winds sustained at only 40mph, and continues her westerly movement at only 5mph. Catastrophic flash floods and landslides remain likely along the coast of Honduras. Sara will dissipate tomorrow over land, and poses very little risk of redevelopment once her remnants reach the Gulf. However, her remnants may still bring rounds of heavy rain and some gusty winds to parts of Florida later in the week. No tropical activity is expected behind Sara for at least the next 7 days.
