Radar Check: So Far, So Good!
As of early this afternoon, radar remains active across central and southern Alabama, but there is no ongoing severe weather. Overall, the widespread rain has kept the airmass stable enough to greatly limit the severe weather risk. That being said, there is still some signs of weak rotation in a few storms south of Montgomery, and the risk of severe weather has not ended. Remain weather aware through the remainder of the afternoon across south and eastern Alabama.
