Saturday in Oklahoma City…windy with snow and blowing snow, snow heavy at times, high near freezing, Heavy snow continuing Saturday night with areas of blowing snow, low near 25, north wind up to 40 mph, still heavy snow at times on Sunday, high 38, Storm accumulation 4 to 8 inches and locally near one foot!

UPSTREAM REPORTS THIS EVENING

Colorado Springs…24, wind NE gusts 29, wind chill 8

Denver…23, snow, visibility 1/2 mile, wind chill 11

Monarch Pass, Colo.,…5, visibility 1/4 mile, snow, wind NE, gusts 56, wind chill 2

Telluride, Colo., 21, heavy snow, 1/4th mile visibility, wind chill 13 (Bill used to manage a hotel there)

Wolfe Creek Pass, Colo.,…10, visibility 1/4 mile, heavy snow, gusts 32 mph, wind chill 10 below (I had a VERY close call on that pass late one night in a developing blizzard. Lucky to be alive!)

Bottom line…winter is not quite over!
