South Alabama Radar Check: Strong Thunderstorms Moving Into Mobile County

| March 30, 2025 @ 10:12 am

A cluster of strong thunderstorms is slowly moving into Mobile county as of 10:09am this morning. While they are under severe limits, frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. In addition, very heavy rainfall is occurring, which may lead to localized instances of flash flooding. The once severe warned storm over Baldwin county has weakened, but is still producing frequent lightning as well as heavy downpours. Please remain indoors while these storms are ongoing, and if traveling, remain alert for flooded roadways.
