Severe Thunderstorm Watch In Effect For Most Of Central And Northern Alabama Until 11pm
A severe thunderstorm watch is now in effect for most of central and northern Alabama until 11pm tonight. The main hazards with any scattered severe storms this afternoon and tonight will be from large hail, but instances of damaging wind gusts will also be possible with the stronger storms. This severe thunderstorm watch is in effect for areas north of the US80/I-85 corridor.
