Depression Forms in the Gulf

Tropical depression number ten has formed in the southwestern Gulf.

It will move northwest and make landfall in northeastern Mexico Monday night.

It will likely become a tropical storm tomorrow. It will be named Hermine if it does.

This system will bring heavy rain to the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas.
