Showers Over North Alabama

A weak short wave is producing a band of showers this morning over North Alabama… at 8:15 the showers were lined up from near Fayette to Jasper to Hanceville… they are moving to the east at about 15 mph. While a large percentage of Alabama remains dry, at least a few communities are getting some rain this morning.

The showers also helped produce this rainbow as seen from our Cullman SKYCAM this morning:
