Showers/Some Thunder Over Northwest Alabama.

| September 25, 2010 @ 12:02 am | Reply

Showers and some rumbles of thunder are over Northwest Alabama tonight ahead of a cold front that is approaching the northwest corner of the state.

This activity is expected to continue pushing southeastward through the overnight and into Saturday morning.

The front should stall over Central Alabama and showers and storms will be a possibility into the overnight hours.

More showers and storms will form on Sunday as energy from a developing upper low over the Deep South helps to enhance the precipitation chances.
