Race for the cure, voicemail from Riley

The annual “Race for the Cure”, to generate money and awareness for breast cancer, research, and screening, was held this morning in Linn Park.  Go to their website here https://komenncalabama.org/race-information.php. 

My beautiful wife Jennifer’s (right in picture) company, Proassurance, had about 30 people in the race, and raised over $3,000!  And, Jennifer got to meet Governor Bob Riley!  Awesome.  Then, she had to say how she and her husband wish he would run for President (we do) or something like that, the governor asked where her husband was, she told him I was at home asleep (I worked about 75 hours this week, no excuse), and so I woke up to the following voicemail.

So, the best governor in my lifetime called me and told me to get up and get to work, but my wife got to meet him.  Cool.
