A cold front (well, cool front) was slow about moving into North Alabama tonight. However, it was across the extreme NW part of the state.

Not many showers/thunderstorms were still in progress at 9 o’clock tonight. The main one was near where Fayette, Tuscaloosa and Pickens County join. It was moving SE.

A smaller one was near the Walker-Cullman County line.

Some rain amounts from this afternoon and evening:

0.79 Ashland
0.86 Centre (Weiss Dam)
0.78 Dearmanville
1.02 Ellisville
0.97 Mt. Cjeaha
0.29 Henry Dam (Ohatchee area)
0.49 Rock Run
