Eclipse Update

Not looking too good for viewing the lunar eclipse late tonight across Alabama… satellite images show a pretty good cloud deck just to the west…

While we have a chance of seeing a little of the eclipse, I would say it is only an outside chance with warm advection cloudiness increasing through the night…

Here in Alabama, the eclipse begins around 12:30 a.m. (just after midnight tonight. Totality commences at 1:41 a.m. CST and lasts for 72 minutes.
